Soups and Stews: Add 1-2 tsps to 1 L of soup to enhance savoury – umami – flavour and add a range of nutrients
Salads and Stir-fries: Sprinkle 1-2 tsps on your salad to add a slightly salty flavour, a little colour, and a range of vitamins and minerals. This blend also works with lightly-cooked dishes such as stir-fry, risotto, omelet.
Seasoning: A fine blend of 3 flavoursome seaweeds. Keep this on the table and sprinkle on any savoury food, from poached eggs, to potatoes, rice. A nutritious alternative to salt n pepper.
Sweets and Baking: This blend of kelp and nori will add a new taste dimension to your bread, cakes & porridge, along with protein, iodine, most B vitamins and a variety of minerals, including iron and calcium.
